Legal Notice
You must exercise good judgement and common sense when using ODR SKIS. ODR cannot be liable for injuries or damages arising from the dangers and risks inherent in the sport. Your safety and the safety of others depend upon your cautious and prudent use of your ODR SKIS.
ODR warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase for ODR SKIS. The product will be repaired or replaced if approved by the ODR warranty service technicians. Please see return policy below for further details.
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 30 days. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Note, that ODR reserves the right to decline a return for any reason.
RETURN PROCESS

LOST PACKAGE
It is very rare that a package may be lost or damaged on delivery but if it is we have partnered with ROUTE to make the replacement process fast and easy with our self service portal found here
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take several billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
PRE-ORDER
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER BUT THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. This is due to the work behind the scenes selecting and preparing your skis just for you. The pre-order option was created to allow customers access to reserve our inventory before we sell out of sizes which we do for every season we have been in business. Thank you for supporting our efforts for a smoother more positive buying experience.
