LEGAL NOTICE
ODR SKIS products are used in a sport that involves inherent risks. By using ODR Skis / ODR Snow Skates, you acknowledge these risks and agree that ODR, LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from use of the product. Your safety and the safety of others depend on responsible, cautious use of your equipment.
LIMITED WARRANTY
ODR, LLC warrants all ODR Snow Skates against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, accidents, impacts, or collisions
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Approved warranty claims will result in repair or replacement at the sole discretion of ODR warranty technicians.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the guidelines below.
RETURNS
• Must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.
• Items marked as closeout are not eligible for return only exchange
• ODR, LLC may decline a return for any reason, that does not meet these conditions, consistent with applicable consumer law.
• Returns are not accepted for:
- Resort or mountain policy restrictions
- Incompatibility with local rules
- Refusal of use by third-party venues

EXCHANGES
• Must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be new, unused, and with original tags.
• ODR SKIS covers one (1) exchange shipping label per order.
• Exchanges are available for sizing and color where inventory allows.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Processing time: up to 7 days after receipt
• Refunds typically take 1–2 billing cycles to appear
• You will receive email confirmation once completed
Final Sale Items
• Items purchased at a closeout discount are final sale.
• They may still be exchanged for size to ensure proper fit.
• Orders already in transit or processing that are canceled incur a $50 restocking fee.
